Alright look, Im doing the best I can to make ammends, let me state that I didnt not just find any of your sites and take anything and try to say it was mine. Please, stop with the emails, threats and other garbage. I took the guestbook down because alot of things that were said were discusting regardless of what you think I did or did not do; other people dont have to see that. I am not worried about my 'rep', anyone that really knows me; knows what I said was true. I am trying my best, please allow me to do this. I dont care if you like my site, my script or my trails. I made this for practice and for fun. I am learning it on my own, let me? Name one of you that was born all knowing in all you do now. I know Im an amateur, but give me time, I am trying. I realize you feel you were wronged and I did aplogize so let me continue to show you I meant what I said. All any of you ever had to do was email me that's it. I feel the need to make an apology to some people that felt I claimed their art as my own. I am sorry you feel that is what I have done and offended you because of this. It was told to me in my guestbook redirect and my mail that I was a "ripper" and inadvertantly I was.. So to those people and anyone who feels the same: I do truly and sincerely apologize to you. I went to the site that was brought to my attention for the 1st time this morning. Yes I saw some of the art I used to make things with was from there. However, I didnt know this at the time I made some of these things. Since so many assumptions were made I want to make my side heard. I do see now my "disclaimer" is too vague; that will change. I only claim in actuality the art I started with from a blank image as my own. I should have been more clear on what I put together with things people have sent me or I have found on the internet. I did not mean to imply I made everything you see. I am new at this I make mistakes now, and probably will until I learn more. Most of the graphics I used were sent to me from mailing lists I am on or from clip art sites, the comic charactors (and female tubes)I did not make any of, at all and never meant to make it look like I did. They are Paint Tubes I used when I use Paintshop Pro that I found from tube web rings, or tube lists I am on. Even though I am learning Photoshop I am not that good with it yet, so I still use PSP most of the time for now, hence the tubes. Yet, I try, I'm trying to learn this all on my own, yes Im too hard-headed to ask for help 99% of the time. Now, in hindsight, I see I should have. I get sent alot of things people ask me to make things out of I would say a more accurate description would be for me to say "art I put together from other peoples art", then they ask me to post it, and I do because it makes them happy to see it. People tell me they made this and that and say "Hey Starr use this if you want"; I save it and use it. I truly do not know where everything comes from and really dont have anyway of knowing where to start to double check. I spoke to Marcello on the phone in regards to this matter and let him know I will do what needs to be done to show those people, I truly did not mean to give the impression I made something I did not. He was very nice and gave me some good advice for that; thank you so much. You are a really nice and understanding person. I am a nice person, a reasonable person and believe me an honest person, I never meant to disrespect anyone I do not in truth know who made what of the art I used, if you want me to take it down, I will, if you want credit and thanks for it, let me know and you will get it. I really feel horrible that I gave the wrong impression, yet I see how it was taken as such and I will do all I can to rectify it and show my sincerity. I will change my disclaimer or remove it or restate it or something so it is more clear as to what is what. Anything else you would like me to do please feel free to email me and let me know. But please, just let me know without calling me a whore, slut, cunt etc. That does nothing to help it, just talk to me! I want to add the link here also but I dont know if this is what you want or not. I want what you want to make this right. I am new at this, very new. I like making things, I like putting together things and one day I hope to really be good at it. But I am just me and I make mistakes and I admit I made a big one here by not being clear or not double checking things I have recieved but it was truly unintentional. I did not know other than what people tell me when I get sent things. What else do I have to go by? I really am not trying to give excuses, just an explaination, from my point of view. Once again I do offer my sincere apologies to any and everyone I offended or made angry. Your art is truly amazing and you deserve the credit. Please come back and look for changes with this and if you have any advice or help to offer on what I can do to make this right; please please let me know. I would really appreciate it. I updated my shouts (yeah I know; finally), new look, new people, no music but there is a little flash track, just click it to hear it; click it again to turn it off. I still can't figure out the error on the framesmaker page )=- Anyone that knows java.. I seem to have an error on the frames maker page, the page works but you get a java script error when you first go there. I have been looking at it for 3 hours now trying to fix it... I am re-doing most of the art pages to give people who have sent me alot of art; their own pages. I added a bunch of new art, new links etc... Tuesday I get cable internet access so I can do so much more and faster! I put a few HTML tips on it. You can view it by going to the codes page. Changed the color chart and added a slider for colors, that gives you the exact color you want and the hex code for it. Added some new codes someone sent me for profiles. Did alot of editing here and there.
